This limited warranty covers defection on materials and workmanship in this product.
What is Not Covered :
This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.
How Long Does this Coverage Last :
The warranty lasts for ten (10) years from the date of original purchase of this product.
Who is Covered :
This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product.
How to Obtain Services :
To obtain the benefit of this warranty, deliver the complete product via prepaid transportation to Origin Dental Solution, 700 N. Valley St., Ste. C, Anaheim CA, 92801. Call at (714)829-4420.
What Origin Dental Solution Will Do :
a. Replace the item.
b. Issue a refund for the item.
What Origin Dental Solution Will Not Do Under this Limited Warranty :
This limited warranty does not assume the risk of loss during shipment. This limited warranty would not insure the product during its shipments to the client.
No Other Express Warranty Applies :
This warranty is sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Origin Dental Solution.
Limitation on Liability :
Origin Dental Solution shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
After receiving the item, contact us within 30 days, refund will be given as money back and return shipping will be on buyers.
**If received manufacture defected item, contact us within 30 days, we will create and send return label, and once the item is received by us we will do inspection on the item and the refund will be issue within 5-7 business days.
